Lidwina is an experienced Registered Corporate Tax Consultant with a solid track record in Tax and Finance for more than 30 years. During her tenure, Lidwina has experienced in handling and leading teams in various Tax Case, both Local & Cross-Border Transaction.
Before becoming the Founding Partner of Aras Consulting, Lidwina worked for several companies in strategic level, such as Indofood and Sinarmas Land. Her last position before establishing Aras Consulting is Head of Tax and Finance of Sinarmas Land.
Lidwina obtained her bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universitas Trisakti and also member of Indonesian Tax Consultant Association (IKPI).

Nicholas is a Registered Corporate Tax Consultant with proven track record. During his tenure, he handle & lead wide range of tax cases such as, Tax Compliance, Tax Audit, Tax Due Diligence, and Tax Advice for cross-border transactions (International Tax) for both Local and Multinational Companies.
Nicholas started his early career in a Financial Advisory Division, focusing on M&A at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Indonesia and continue his journey as a Corporate Tax Consultant at PB Taxand. Those combinations of experience in both tax and finance allow Nicholas to give a wide range of knowledge and perspective on his advice.
Nicholas obtained his bachelor degree in Accounting from Universitas Indonesia (UI) and also member of Indonesian Tax Consultant Association (Ikatan Konsultan Pajak Indonesia – IKPI).
